The WakeApp Ecosystem

WakeApp

WakeApp
Learn more
WakeApp grew from a local agency into an international performance team with deep expertise in scaling B2C subscription apps. The agency has been ranked in the global AppsFlyer Performance Index and held the #1 spot in the Top 50 Mobile Marketing Agencies ranking by Mobile App Daily. Key clients: AliExpress, Disney, Tinkoff.

A partner network for mobile app promotion.

Wakeapp Network

WakeApp Network
Learn more
The network connected advertisers and publisher-resellers. It operated as an infrastructure layer within the WakeApp ecosystem, enabling the agency to scale across 50+ international markets. Later, the focus shifted to media buying with full procurement control delivering more consistent traffic quality and improved client LTV.

ASO Maker platform
A platform for promoting apps through specific search queries.

ASO Maker

ASO Maker
Learn more
ASO Maker cabe about from one key observation: the goal wasn’t to simply rank high but to appear in the right search query for target users. The first test confirmed the hypothesis: an app created in response to the “dating” query resulted in catapulting its position from 120 to #1 in a single day. This success shifted the entire approach to ASO from the vague aim of ‘getting to the top position’ to precise, data-driven management of search visibility.
2012 — 2016
100,000 registrations in 2 hours
7M users
Mobile app promotion platform.

Appcent

Appcent
Learn more
The first major client was MTS: a broadcast to 7 million users generated 100,000 registrations in the first two hours. A community of 300,000+ real mobile app users formed around the service. Appcent became the testing ground for user acquisition and engagement mechanics without traditional media budgets. These principles later became the foundation for the performance marketing approach at WakeApp.
WakeApp, WakeApp Network, ASO Maker and Appcent are four levels of one system: agency expertise, procurement infrastructure, and proprietary growth tools. This is the foundation on which B2C subscription product growth in AI, healthtech, and fintech is built today.

Partnerships and Joint Projects

The partnership model: a strong product + the right marketing = exponential growth
2018-2019
58 people, 70% developers
20-niche test
A network of B2C subscription mobile apps.

Nanoapps

Nanoapps
Learn more
A joint venture where the product team handled development and product, and WakeApp handled scaling through performance marketing and ASO. Over one year, 20 niches of B2C subscription apps were tested under this model. The project confirmed a working formula: rapid demand testing, a strong product team, and managed growth through acquisition channels. This format became the blueprint for partnerships with mobile products targeting international markets.
2019
40-person team
3 games
Mobile game development studio.

Sparta Games

Sparta Games
Learn more
A joint project where the product team handled development and content, and WakeApp came in as the marketing and scaling partner. Three products were launched and a growth model was tested in the B2C niche. The project revealed the specifics of product cycles in this vertical and how they differ from subscription models. After this, the partnership focus shifted toward verticals with more predictable growth models.

AI
Partnerships with mobile B2C products with subscription monetization.

Current Focus

Текущий фокус
Learn more
The current focus is on mobile B2C products with subscription monetization in AI, healthtech, and fintech. Active partnerships include two healthtech apps and an AI tool for personalizing user experience. I enter partnerships where there is a strong team, a clear product value, and the potential to scale internationally. The product and development stay on the partner's side; WakeApp handles unit economics, ASO, user acquisition, and the full performance infrastructure.
Nanoapps, Sparta Games and the current partnerships are different projects, yet they all operate with one model for working with teams: product and value are managed by one party, while we focus on growth infrastructure and managed scaling.

The Foundation: Sales, Teams, Growth

Sales, mobile development and early user acquisition mechanics are the foundation of the future approach to growth.
2011 — 2013
Banks and retail
70 people
A mobile development studio where the first strong product teams and complex project delivery processes were built.

Pappico

Pappico
Learn more
Pappico was the first experience in systematically building product teams and managing complex projects for large companies. Clients included Tetra Pak, hockey club Atlant, banks, and retail. This is where the operational foundation was built — the processes between business, development, and product launch that later underpinned mobile marketing projects and the WakeApp ecosystem.
2004 — 2008
McDonald's, Subaru, Ford
20–30 ad units
An advertising agency with a network of ad structures in Moscow shopping malls.

Hermes

Hermes
Learn more
The first entrepreneurial project — an agency with advertising structures in Moscow shopping malls. Clients: McDonald's, Subaru, Ford, and a special project with Mindshare. From the very beginning, this is where core commercial skills were developed: direct sales, negotiations with international brands, funnel management, and execution. This experience became the foundation for working with major clients later in digital projects.
Hermes and Pappico provided the pillars of future growth: commercial discipline, management systems, and working user acquisition mechanics. This foundation is what the WakeApp infrastructure and the current partnership model were built on.
